This is an example of a Version naming convention that isn't possible using Aperture's naming presets. It's limited to 30 characters, meaning that you can then add a two-figure counter on the end and still have a 32-character file name on export.

In the second Text Node you can replace 'Descriptor' with something like a subject, location or other descriptive text. Highlighted in green in the report window you can see what the Version Names of the two selected images will be changed to.
