Leave logging window on top when switching to app

Currently if you switch to the app (i.e. using command-tab or clicking in the dock) the viewing window is always on top even if the last used window was the logging window. gets annoying to always have to click to the other window to give it focus.

This looks like some old

This looks like some old code from when it was a single floating-window app which was only visible when Aperture or Google Earth was at the front. I've also noticed GPS2Aperture grabbing focus when you are in another app which I think comes from the same section of code.

Added to the to-do list.
