AP screen flashes when using constant update and floating window

If you have pics on GE and select floating window and constant update..
Have GE as the active app and use the arrows in G2A to move thru pictures.

The AP screen flashes into view 2x before it moves to the next picture.

Yes, it does. There's no way

Yes, it does. There's no way around this as I have to use GUI scripting to navigate to the next image, and that means making Aperture the active application for a moment. The alternative was to force the user to keep swapping between apps manually.

I've made requests for enhanced selection and navigation hooks in future versions of Aperture but we'll have to wait and see...
