Could you explain the steps you are taking? GPS2Aperture Pro should be working fine with multiple files.

It worked, posting the question and trying again got me to work out what I was doing and needed doing. (Part of the problem was getting lost in another related problem which is now being worked).

A quick start guide or FAQ would be still be helpful. I think I was confused by the two windows. I didn't need the Viewer window, but thought maybe I was supposed to do something with it. The other reason for a guide is this is a unique program—it's combining several disciplines and one doesn't know what to expect in an interface. If it were another text editor or word processor; we'd have an expectation of what to find where; but not here. But I realize that this is a beta program and documentation isn't necessarily ready yet.

I think I have to redo some of the annotations because I think I got my time zones wrong, and at the moment don't know if g2a will overwrite or not; but I'll look into it before asking again. But I can't work on this right now.
